Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PH Super — the Philippines' online casino and sports betting platform. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "You") and PH Super ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing, registering on, or using the PH Super platform in any way — whether through our website, mobile browser, or any related service — you accept these Terms unconditionally.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To create an account and use PH Super's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must be registering for yourself and not on behalf of any third party.

PH Super reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals until compliance is confirmed. We take age verification seriously — it protects minors and keeps our platform legitimate for everyone.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) active account on PH Super. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, address, phone number, device, IP address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.1 Registration Information

When you register on PH Super, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. Any false or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a breach of these Terms.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. PH Super will never ask for your password via SMS, email, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. We will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

PH Super is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all members before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. KYC verification typically requires a government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, Passport, Driver's License, or UMID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation in some cases. Accounts that remain unverified will have withdrawal limits applied until full KYC is completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

PH Super supports the following Filipino payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Deposits are generally credited to your account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• PH Super does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Only deposit funds that you own. Using third-party payment accounts is not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for verified accounts under standard conditions.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under your verified name.
• PH Super reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Pending bonuses may affect withdrawal eligibility until wagering requirements are satisfied.

Any deposits made through fraudulent means, stolen cards, or chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to the appropriate authorities. All suspicious transactions are monitored as part of our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance programme.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Terms

PH Super offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, and cashback rewards to both new and existing members. All promotions are subject to specific terms that will be clearly stated on the promotion page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses on the PH Super platform:

• Each bonus is available to one eligible account per household, IP address, or device.
• Bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements apply to bonus funds only, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds have a stated expiry period. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses are forfeited when the expiry date passes.

6. Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All games and sports betting markets on PH Super are governed by the specific rules displayed within each game or market. In addition, the following general rules apply across all PH Super betting activities:

6.1 Slots & Casino Games

All casino games — including JILI slots, jackpot slots, and live dealer games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage is displayed or available within each game. Results are final once a round is completed.

6.2 Sports Betting

PH Super sports betting covers basketball (PBA and international), volleyball (PVL), NBA, boxing, and other sporting events. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. Once accepted, a bet is final. In the event of event cancellation or postponement, PH Super's sports betting rules — available on the platform — govern how affected bets are settled.

6.3 Bet Limits

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PH Super platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotions.
• Collusion with other players or the use of shared accounts to manipulate outcomes.
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen cards, or conducting chargebacks while retaining winnings.
• Registering multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or financially criminal activity.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

10. Limitation of Liability & Disputes

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet outcome, game result, or transaction, the records maintained by PH Super's servers constitute the primary source of truth. If you believe an error has occurred, you must contact our support team within 72 hours of the event. Disputes raised after this period may not be eligible for review.

PH Super's total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.

11. Account Termination

You may close your PH Super account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (not bonus funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method, provided there are no outstanding investigations or withdrawal holds.

PH Super reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, if we determine that:

• The account has been used in breach of these Terms.
• The account holder has provided false registration information.
• Fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected.
• Account activity poses a risk to the integrity of our platform or other players.

In cases of termination for cause, PH Super reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and withhold funds pending investigation results.

12. Changes to These Terms

PH Super reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts.
